What flavors and colors of cotton candy do you offer?

Do your products contain peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, or dairy?

Our facility is free from peanuts and tree nuts. All our products are gluten-free. For specific flavor nutrition and ingredients, please inquire.

How much alcohol is in the alcohol-infused flavors?


Our artisan sugar batches include up to 8 ounces of alcohol depending on the flavor, which equates to approximately .16% per ounce of product.

Can I get drunk from the alcohol-infused flavors?

No, the amount of alcohol in our twirls is not sufficient to cause intoxication.

Does the cotton candy come with sticks?

Only our cotton candy twirl pops come with a lollipop stick and are individually packaged. All other cotton candy products are sold in twirl takeaways (mylar bags) or twirl tubs (plastic containers).

How long will the cotton candy stay fresh?

We recommend consuming your Twirl Cotton Candy as soon as you receive it for the best freshness. Unopened takeaways can last up to 2 months, and tubs can last for 2 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Note that frequent opening and closing of tubs reduce freshness.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, pickup options are available.

How should I place my order and how much notice do you need?

Place your order as soon as you know what you want. We recommend arranging delivery at least 2 days before your event to account for any potential delivery delays.


Can I place my order early and have it ship at a later date?

Yes, you can specify your desired delivery date in the "additional comments" section during checkout. While we cannot guarantee the date, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What should I do if I need to cancel my online order?

You may cancel your order by sending an email to info@twirlcottoncandy.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please include your order number. Cancellations after 24 hours cannot be processed.

When should I contact you about my event and live twirling?

Feel free to email us anytime! We accept bookings and orders up to three months in advance. A date for an event can be reserved upon receipt of a deposit.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order for our standard products. For custom flavors, there is a minimum of a dozen, and for custom package logos and designs, the minimum is 50 takeaway bags.

Can you donate products to my event or cause?


We are honored to support various non-profits, schools, and churches. Although our pricing is competitive to assist as many groups as possible, our ability to donate is limited. Please submit a donation request through our contact form for consideration.
