How long will it stay fresh?
We strongly recommend that you consume your Twirl Cotton Candy as soon as you receive it, so it can be enjoyed in its freshest state. Our products can stay fresh for a couple of weeks when properly stored in a cool, dry environment out of direct sunlight. Takeaways can last up to 2 months (unopened) while tubs can last for 2 weeks. Please note that opening and closing tubs reduces the freshness and will quicken the hardening process

Do you have a minimum order?
There is not a minimum order. For custom flavors, there is a minimum of a dozen. For custom package logos and designs, the minimum is 50 takeaway bags.
Do your products contain peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, or dairy?
Our facility is peanut and tree nuts free. ALL of our products are gluten free. Please inquire regarding flavor nutrition and ingredients.
How much alcohol is in the alcohol infused flavors?
Our artisan sugar batches are blended to include up to 8 ounces of alcohol depending upon the flavor. Please note each product does not include full ounce servings of alcohol but approximately .16% per ounce.
Can I get drunk with the alcohol infused flavors?
Short answer, no. The amount of alcohol in the twirls will not provide intoxication..
Does cotton candy come with the sticks?
Only cotton candy twirl pops come with a lollipop stick and are individually packaged. All other cotton candy products are sold in twirl takeaways (mylar bags) or twirl tubs (plastic containers).
Can you donate products?
There are thousands of excellent non-profits, schools and churches with causes and fundraisers that we are honored to take part in. Our prices are very competitive as we try to help everyone be as successful as possible, but unfortunately we are limited on what we can offer regarding donations. Please check back periodically for updates and submit a donation request via contact form.
